Ordering Cataire Screening

Measuring: Screens can be fitted full height between your window sill/board and the head of your window, or to cover the window opening only.
Height: For full height screens, measure the height from the window sill/board at the bottom of your window up to the underside of the beam above the window. For screens to fit the window opening only, measure the height of the clear opening and add 5cm. If your window frames have a chamfer round the edge of the openings, as is the case with a lot of UPVC windows, add a further 5cm.
Width: Measure the clear opening and add 5cm. If your window frames have a chamfer round the edge of the openings, as is the case with a lot of UPVC windows, add a further 5cm.
Ordering: Order the kit which suits your window size:

  • Height 88cm, Width 60cm - Order 90cm x 90cm kit
  • Height 93cm, Width 50cm - Order 120cm x 55cm kit
Please note: Screens can be fitted either with top and bottom channels, with turn buttons or Velcro. All components required to fix either way are included in the kit.
